A piece of Italy in Sachsenhausen. Excellent cafe and delicious little treats. Keep it up!

Service desert Monza. A nice little caffé in the classic style of the Italian aperitivo. We (2 friends and I) drank a bottle of Primitivo Rosé and enjoyed the pleasant ambience of the Monzas on Schweizer Straße. The fact that the service is reduced by the self-service at the bar is a condition I like to get along with. The reason why I no longer visit this café is the following audacity. After the last sip we packed our things, ready to leave our seat, when the gentleman behind the counter knocked violently on the window of the coffee shop and asked us to bring in the glasses and the empty bottle. This happened without a verbal request. When I pointed out that I gave him the tip for the service, he came up with the answer: "Then the next time I'll put a sign down for you: no tip, bring back glasses instead" When I see that a shop is up and running, I'm happy to be helpful, but the request was just cheeky.

Fine little café with really very good coffee. Always get me a coffee here when I'm in Sachsenhausen.

A very nicely designed little shop right on Schweizer Strasse. Really nice service. Courteous and always friendly and in a good mood. Very lovingly designed interior. Absolutely fair price-performance ratio. A nice little range of snacks such as ciabatta, croissants and Italian biscuits complete the offer. The only comment / suggestion for improvement: - Please don't overheat the milk like that. The milk temperature not only influences the taste, but also the texture and stability of the cappuccino. Unfortunately, that's the way it is. Therefor a star deduction. Unfortunately I cannot subtract a half or quarter star ... Nevertheless, I wouldn't drink my cappuccino anywhere else in Sachsenhausen, because the trappings are ultimately decisive and everything is just right here. So: Thanks to the Monza team for being around!

The best coffee and coffee specialties in town, I've tried a lot, everything was very tasty, except for the non-alcoholic beer, which I haven't tried before ;-) Nice staff or "one man show" - always committed, friendly and very concerned with your well-being the guests tried hard. Nice shop with a heart and with an eye for Italian flair - absolutely worth a visit, not only for "italo" fans! To agree with the prescriber, you shouldn't expect an opulent "all you can eat" breakfast, but rather small, but good bites from sweet to savory. As far as Corona is concerned, I have seen all the rules being observed, distances are observed, lists are kept, tables are always cleaned, disinfectants are available, face masks are worn by the staff, the guests do not have to wear them in the bar - the topic is getting serious taken and enforced! 5 stars - I like it very much ;-)

We were there on Sunday morning - unfortunately there was only a relatively small amount of food available - the taste was okay. In addition, the waitress talked to a person without a face mask in the cafe the whole time - Corona rules are seen rather loosely, therefore a star deduction. Coffee looked good though - probably recommended for that, but not for a Sunday breakfast.

Well done in and of itself, but the outside area leaves a lot to be desired: a lot of tables and chairs are totally shaky and crowded in the middle of the adjacent parked cars, the narrow sidewalk and the very uneven terrain there due to the tree roots being pushed up. Unfortunately, this is very uncomfortable, because somehow you always sit in the way or as ordered and not picked up. Actually, you can only sit at 2 tables without any problems. The outdoor furniture could have been chosen a little more appealing to match the ambience of the restaurant, instead of the extremely cheap, gaunt and dingy-looking outdoor furniture.

By far the best coffee in town. The Foccacias - a dream. The service and the atmosphere make you feel like you are in Italy's alleyways, you can tell that those responsible have an idea of ​​coffee. Since we also have a portafilter machine ourselves, we immediately stocked up with our in-house coffee

Authentic, small Italian caffè. Very good coffee. Incredibly delicious ciabatta and baked goods. A few small round tables in front of the door. For the location on the street relatively quiet and comfortable to sit. When there is a lot of traffic or the tram passes, it gets a little louder. But that too can have its charm if you know cafes in Italy. I would always come back and recommend it with a clear conscience. My spontaneous breakfast here already lasts 2 hours :) P.S .: Card payment is "sometimes" possible ... if the device works;)

A large selection of stylish drinks! I am in Italy (north) every year and immediately feel transported to Bologna or Florence when I eat one of the delicious delicacies here. The ambience and the friendly, easy way of the "bartenders" is really pleasant and I think it's very nice.

Great cafe. Really nice decor and tasty little snacks. The espresso and cappuccino simply taste good. The direct view of the Swiss road is also attractive. Has been there 3 times and the staff is always friendly

Great coffee

One of the few good espresso in the area served with a small glass of water, very appreciated (and with an affordable cost below 2€). On the other hand a Spritz at 7€ is definitely too much: it is not a “complicated” cocktail and it’s done by cheap ingredients.
